Waterford Der Wanderer is a Micro Cuvée of Irish single malt, bottled at 50% abv. Mark Reynier's Waterford distillery marries 25 Single Farm Origin whiskies from different terroirs in the south of Ireland to make it.
The blend is built on Sauternes casks, with casks from Tinnashrule farm and a portion of the recently released single malt from Fenniscourt farm, made from Irish peated malt. Sweet and smoky in character, it was bottled as 1,200 bottles in all.
