Waterford – Fenniscourt 1.1 Peated 2022 Organic Irish Single Malt (70cl, 50%)

Waterford Fenniscourt 1.1 Peated is an organic Irish single malt, bottled in 2022 at 50% in a 70cl bottle. It is clearly peaty, setting smoke, spice and malt against sweeter vanilla notes. With time in the glass the smoke softens and makes room for more fruit and vanilla. The nose offers bonfire, salt and vanilla. The palate is smoky, spicy and malty, and the finish is long, dry and smoky.
