Waterford Gaia 1.1 is an organic Irish single malt whiskey in a 70cl bottle, and the first release in the distillery's Arcadian Series. It is certified organic by the Organic Trust.
The barley is Irish, grown by seven different farmers. The whiskey was matured in a combination of first-fill American oak, virgin American oak, Vin Doux Naturel and French oak casks.
