Waterford Hook Head Edition 1.1 is a single farm origin Irish single malt, made only from Propino barley grown at Hook Head farm in County Wexford. The barley is from the 2015 harvest.
The whisky spent three years and eight months in first-fill bourbon barrels, virgin American oak and French oak casks. It is bottled at cask strength, 50%, in a 70cl bottle.
