Waterford – Irish Single Malt Broomlands Edition 1.1 (50%)

Waterford Broomlands Edition 1.1 is an Irish single malt bottled at 50% ABV. Waterford drops the 'e' that is usual in Irish whiskey spelling, reflecting the distillery's view that terroir matters more than national borders. Its focus is on where and how the barley is grown, with flavour shaped by the location, the soil that feeds the roots and the microclimate in which the grain ripens. The distillery sits in the sunny south-east of Ireland, where air warmed by the Gulf Stream meets moist air.
