Waterford Lakefield Edition 1.1 (70cl)

This is the first release of Lakefield, an Irish single malt from Waterford, in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the Single Farm Origin range. The barley was harvested in 2016, and the whiskey matured in a variety of casks for three and a half years before bottling. The palate offers apple crumble, stewed rhubarb and clove, and the clove lingers into the finish.
