Gaia 1.1 is an Irish whisky from Waterford distillery, made from organically grown Irish barley. The distillery puts its emphasis on the barley behind its whiskies, and this edition is traced to named growers. The barley was grown by John Mallick, Paddy Tobin, Alan Jackson, Pat and Denis Booth, Jason Stanley and Trevor Harris. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
