Waterford – Organic Gaia 2.1 Single Farm Origin (70cl, 50%)

Waterford Organic Gaia 2.1 is an Irish single malt whisky from a single farm origin, in a 70cl bottle at 50% abv. The nose is typically described as orange peel, fresh soil, bread crust and brown sugar, with milk chocolate, fruit salad, fig roll biscuits, lavender and marshmallow. The palate is spicy, with white pepper, grapefruit, liquorice, cherries, cocoa powder, wine gums, salted peanuts and lemon zest. The finish is dry and spicy, with a note of golden peach.
