Waterford Organic Gaia Edition 1.1 is a certified organic Irish single malt and the first bottling in Waterford's Arcadian series. It is a blend of rare barley varieties from six Irish farms, in a 70cl bottle. The spirit matured in first fill bourbon, American virgin oak, French oak and ex-vin doux naturel casks. It is bottled at 50%, without chill filtration or added colour, as a limited edition.
