Waterford Ratheadon 1.1 is an Irish single malt, one of the distillery's first single malt releases in 2020. Waterford's first spirit ran from its stills in January 2016, and its first bottlings for the public followed in 2020. It was distilled in week 21 of 2016 from barley grown by Stephen and Andrew McDonnell at the Ratheadon farm in Carlow. The barley was harvested in August 2015.
