Waterford – Single Farm Origin Ballykilcavan 1.2 (70cl)

This is Waterford Single Farm Origin Ballykilcavan 1.2, an Irish single malt in a 70cl bottle. Every bottling in the Single Farm Origin series is made from barley grown on one named farm, and this release takes its barley from Ballykilcavan. The distillery and the people making it stay the same across the series, so the farm is the thing that changes from one bottling to the next.
