Waterford Single Farm Origin Ballykilcavan Edition 1.2 is an Irish single malt, limited to 9000 bottles and bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The barley was grown by David Walsh-Kemmis in County Laois, beside an old woodland area, on clay and limestone soil. The whisky was distilled in 2016, matured with a marked use of American oak casks, and bottled without colouring or chill-filtration. Its style is malty and spicy, with a richer, more indulgent side from the American oak.
