Waterford Single Farm Origin Ballymorgan 1.2 is an Irish malt whisky in a 70cl bottle. It is the Ballymorgan release from the Single Farm Origin series, in which every bottling is distilled from barley grown on one named farm. The idea is to change the field and see what changes in the glass. Unpeated Irish malt is usually described as lighter and fresher, with pear or green apple, a grainy sweetness and a clean finish.
