Waterford Single Farm Origin Ballymorgan Edition 1.1 is an Irish single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 50%. It is the first Ballymorgan release in the Single Farm Origin range, made with barley grown by Robert Milne in the east of Ireland, where the soils are loamy and clay-rich. The whisky was distilled in 2016 and the edition is limited to 9,000 bottles. It is unpeated, non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring. It is described as strongly malty, with pronounced chocolate and caramel, orchard fruit and a touch of gentle spice.
