Waterford Single Farm Origin Bannow Island Edition 1.2

This is an Irish single malt from Waterford Distillery, Edition 1.2 in its Single Farm Origin series. The barley comes from a single farm on Bannow Island, and the whisky is built around that provenance. Waterford distils barley from individual farms separately. The approach draws on the idea of terroir: that soil, climate and location can shape flavour. The character combines malt and cereal notes with fruit, spice and oak.
