Waterford – Single Farm Origin Lakefield 1.1 Single Malt Irish Whiskey (70cl)

Lakefield 1.1 is the first release of Lakefield Irish single malt whiskey from Waterford, part of the Single Farm Origin range, in a 70cl bottle. The barley was harvested in 2016, and the whiskey was matured in a variety of casks for three and a half years before bottling. The palate brings apple crumble, stewed rhubarb and clove, and the clove carries on into the finish.
