This is an Irish single malt from Waterford Distillery, the second bottling made from barley grown at Sheestown Farm. It is Edition 1.2 of the Single Farm Origin range, in a 70cl bottle. The spirit was distilled in week 24 of 2016 and bottled in September 2020. It matured in first-fill and virgin American oak, together with French wine casks and ex-sherry and Oloroso casks in nearly equal parts.
