Waterford Wilkinstown Edition 1.1 is the first edition of the first release from the Wilkinstown farm. The whisky was distilled in 2016 and bottled in February 2021 at 50%, after 3 years, 11 months and 2 days of maturation. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
It is bottled with no added colour, no chill-filtration and no additions.
The flavours are described as clove, pear tarte tatin, fennel, ginger biscuits, barley sugar, grapefruit, stewed apples, blackberries and homemade custard.
