This is a three-year-old whisky from the Milk & Honey distillery in Israel, bottled by Watt Whisky at 57.1% ABV.
It was matured in STR hogsheads. Mark Watt, who set up the Watt Whisky Company with his wife in December 2019, chose it after a visit to Israel.
The company's range otherwise draws mainly on whisky from the regions of Scotland, so an Israeli bottling is a departure for it.
