Weller Millennium is a Kentucky bourbon from Buffalo Trace Distillery, bottled at 49.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is a blend of straight bourbon and wheat whiskeys distilled in 2000, 2003, 2005 and 2006.
The distillery set aside some of the first whiskeys made in the new millennium as a tribute to W.L. Weller. The wheat gives the blend a softer, smoother and sweeter character, and the different whiskeys were married together to create a balanced whole.
