This is a 14 year old GlenAllachie single malt from Wemyss Malts, named A Moment Savoured. It was distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2022 at 46% ABV, without chill-filtering and with natural colour.
The whisky matured in a refill sherry butt, and 785 bottles were filled.
On the palate it is creamy, with butter fudge, dark chocolate and a little gooseberry jam, set against a touch of clove, old leather and charcoal.
