West Cork 10 Years Old (70cl, 40%)

West Cork 10 Years Old is an Irish whiskey from West Cork Distillers, in a 70cl bottle at 40% abv. It carries an age statement of ten years. The distillery was founded in 2003 by Denis McCarthy, Ger McCarthy and John O'Connell, two fishermen and a food engineer who decided over drinks in a pub to open a distillery of their own. It is now based in Skibbereen and is one of only two Irish distilleries not owned by a large international group. Alongside blended and malt whiskey, it also makes liqueur, gin and vodka.
