West Cork 12 Years Rum Cask is an Irish whiskey matured for twelve years in first-fill bourbon casks, then for a further 110 days in rum casks. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
West Cork is the southernmost distillery in Ireland. The whiskey is triple distilled using spring water only, and the distillery works with its own barley. Casks are filled only halfway, which is considered essential to making high-quality Irish whiskey.
