A five-year-old blended Irish whiskey from West Cork Distillers in Skibbereen, in a 200ml bottle at 40% ABV. It matured for the full five years in ex-bourbon casks, which bring vanilla and caramel alongside the whiskey's fruitiness.
The distillery was founded in 2003 by the childhood friends John O Connell, Ger McCarthy and Denis McCarthy, and moved to its own site in Skibbereen in 2014.
Green apple, citrus, vanilla, caramel and a fine nutmeg spice are the flavours usually noted.
