This is a 7 year old Irish single malt from West Cork, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is triple distilled.
The whisky was matured in sherry casks and then finished in bourbon casks.
The nose offers green fruit, marzipan and red berries. On the palate there is pleasant malt, tannin and green fruit, with light spice and citrus. The finish is persistent, with malt, red berries and a very subtle hint of mint.
