A blended Irish whiskey from West Cork, made from grain and malt whiskeys that were fully matured in first-fill bourbon casks from the US. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings vanilla, honey, light citrus and a hint of fresh grain. The palate is soft and round, with caramel, vanilla pudding, light spice and a little oak. The finish is medium in length, smooth and slightly sweet, with some bourbon influence.
