This is a single malt Irish whiskey from West Cork Distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 43%.
It matured in first-fill bourbon casks and was then finished in calvados casks from the Garnier distillery. It is non-chill-filtered.
The nose is fruity, with apple, pear, tropical fruit, almond and oak. The palate is light, with apple, apricot, sweets, citrus and cereal. The finish carries malt, nuts and oak.
