West Cork Calvados Cask Finish is an Irish single malt from West Cork Distillers, triple distilled and bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in first-fill bourbon casks, then finished in Calvados casks from the French house Distillerie Garnier. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose is fresh, with apples, white pears and a hint of almond. On the palate come dried fruit, vanilla and almonds. The finish is of medium length, fruity and nutty.
