This is a single malt Irish whiskey from West Cork Distillers, made from 100% malted barley. It is matured in first-fill bourbon casks, then finished in Calvados Garnier casks from Normandy.
The Calvados finish adds delicate apple and pear notes along with a rich, spicy undertone. The whiskey is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill filtered and with natural colour.
