West Cork Glengarriff Series Peat Charred Cask is an Irish single malt from the West Cork Distillery, matured in peat charred casks. The cask choice gives it a smoky note. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
Fresh citrus and green apple lead the nose, with a subtle hint of smoke. The palate is a sweet and sour mix of lemon, orange and lime, and the finish is soft but lasting.
