This is a blended Irish whiskey from West Cork, made from a selection of grain and malt whiskies. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The blend was given additional maturation in Irish stout beer casks, which adds a soft, lightly roasted character with a hint of dark beer.
The nose offers caramel, light chocolate, roasted malt, smooth coffee and vanilla. The palate is full and creamy, with toffee, cocoa, biscuit, a little stout bitterness and mild spice. The finish is medium, warm and soft, with chocolate and coffee returning.
