This is an Irish blended whiskey from West Cork Distillers, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
The distillery was founded in 2003 by Denis McCarthy, Ger McCarthy and John O'Connell, two fishermen and a food engineer who were friends. It is now based in Skibbereen, and besides blended and malt whiskey it makes liqueur, gin and vodka. It is one of only two Irish distilleries that do not belong to a large international group.
