This is a small batch Irish single malt from West Cork, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in first fill bourbon casks and then finished in Quinta da Boeira Port casks. It is non-chill filtered, with no added colour.
The whiskey is golden in the glass. The nose shows nuts with spiced notes of nutmeg and black pepper, along with vanilla and toffee. On the palate, the Port cask finish brings the sweetest character, with the nutty aroma still present.
