This is a single malt Irish whiskey from West Cork Distillers, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle as a limited release.
It is matured in first-fill Bourbon casks, then finished in port wine casks from Quinta da Boeira in Porto. The whiskey is non-chill filtered and has natural colour, with no colouring added.
On the palate, the sweet, fruity notes of port mingle with the robust, earthy tones of Irish whiskey.
