This is a single malt Irish whiskey from West Cork Distillers, made from 100% malted barley and distilled in small batches. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The whiskey is matured in first-fill Bourbon casks, then finished in Consorcio Licorero Nacional rum casks. It is non-chill filtered and has natural colour, with nothing added.
On the palate, sweet, sugary notes from the rum cask sit alongside the hearty character of Irish whiskey.
