West Cork Single Malt Sherry Cask Finished is an Irish single malt from West Cork Distillers, made in small batches from 100% malted barley. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The whiskey first matures in first-fill bourbon casks and is then finished in Bodegas Baron sherry casks from Spain. It is non-chill-filtered and has natural colour, with nothing added.
The palate is led by sweet, fruity notes from the sherry, alongside the traditional character of Irish whiskey.
