The Rusty Cauldron is an 11 year old peated Islay single malt Scotch whisky from Whisky of Voodoo, the brand of the independent bottler Brave New Spirits. It is bottled at 54% in a 70cl bottle, without colouring or chill-filtering.
The whisky matured in refill sherry butts and first fill Lafitte wine barriques, and the outturn was 1,251 bottles.
Its character is maritime peat smoke, joined by herbal notes and the sweetness of grapes.
