Whiskyfind Penderyn 7 Year Old is a single-cask Welsh single malt, distilled at Penderyn in 2018 and bottled independently by The Whiskyfind in 2025. It was matured in a Sherry Moscatel cask, No. 387.
It was bottled at its natural strength of 54.6% ABV, without chill filtration or added colouring, and the cask gave 306 bottles worldwide.
The nose has raisins, candied orange peel and rose water, with honeyed sweetness and cinnamon. Tropical dried fruit and sweet grape develop on the palate alongside nutmeg and honey. The finish is warming and persistent, with grape, cocoa, dried fruit and spice.
