White Heather 15 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky created under the direction of Billy Walker. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, without chill-filtration or added colour.
The blend combines single malt and grain whiskies from Speyside, with Glenallachie as its base. It matured in a variety of ex-bourbon and sherry casks.
The nose offers honey, ripe fruit and fine spice, with a hint of floral notes. The palate is smooth, with vanilla, toffee, gentle malt sweetness and light oak. The finish is long and warm, with fine spice and soft dryness.
