This is an eight-year-old Orkney single malt, distilled at Highland Park in 2018 and bottled by Signatory Vintage in June 2026 for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 46%, with natural colour and no chill-filtration.
The whisky was finished in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry butts, which give it a sweet, dried-fruit character alongside a light smoke.
On the nose there is heather honey, raisins, dates and orange, with sea air and gentle peat smoke. The palate is almost syrupy, with malt, caramel, dark chocolate and dried fruit. The finish is long, with dried fruit and chocolate fading into mild smoke.
