Whitlaw is an 8 year old Orkney single malt distilled at Highland Park in 2018 and bottled by Signatory Vintage in 2026 for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The whisky was finished in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogsheads, adding sweetness and depth to the island spirit.
It is described as combining gentle heathery smoke, honeyed malt and maritime freshness with raisins, dates, dark chocolate and treacle, over subtle peat and aromatic spice.
