Willett Pot Still Reserve is a handcrafted Kentucky straight bourbon, matured in new white oak casks and bottled at 47%. The bottle is shaped after the pot stills that belong to the Willett distillery's heritage, and each one is numbered by hand. This is Batch 21C14.
A high proportion of rye and barley and a direct pot still aroma make it notably intense. The nose is floral and mild, with vanilla lemon cake. On the palate vanilla alternates with a floral note, alongside cinnamon, citrus and a little honey. The finish is of medium length and mild, with a hint of mint.
