Willett Pot Still Reserve is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 47% in a 1.75-litre bottle. It is distilled in copper pot stills, matured in new charred oak casks and bottled by the distillery itself.
The Willett Distillery was founded in 1936, closed in 1984 and reopened in 2012.
The nose is bold, with conifer, resin, vanilla and fennel. The palate is full and creamy, with vanilla, coconut, cinnamon, oak and cool mint, rich and well balanced. The finish is balanced, very sweet and long.
