Woodford Reserve – Kentucky Bourbon Holiday 2020 (70cl, 43.2%)

Woodford Reserve Kentucky Bourbon Holiday 2020 is the 2020 release of the distillery's annual holiday edition, a limited straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle at 43.2% abv. The label carries a watercolour by local artist Suzanne Enriquez Dougherty, showing the snowy landscape around the distillery in Kentucky. The nose is rich with dried fruit, mint and orange, with a touch of cocoa and faint vanilla and tobacco spice. The palate is round and smooth, with citrus, cinnamon and cocoa alongside toffee, caramel, chocolate and spice. The finish is silky, warm and long.
