X by Glenmorangie (70cl, 40%)

X by Glenmorangie is a Highland single malt made for mixing, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in ex-bourbon casks and partly finished in newly charred American oak casks. It is suggested as a base for a highball or a swizzle with crushed ice, for example 50ml with 75ml of tonic water, or with iced lemon tea. The nose has pear, vanilla, honeysuckle and orange. The palate moves to crème brûlée, orange sherbet and chocolate fudge.
