Yamazaki Story of the Distillery 2026 Edition is a single malt from the Yamazaki Distillery in Osaka, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle with no age statement. Launched on 26 May 2026, it is the third release in the Story of the Distillery series.
The whisky combines Mizunara, Spanish oak and American white oak cask malts. The label and presentation box are made from Echizen washi paper and carry an illustration of Minase Falls.
On the nose there is dried persimmon with cloves, delicate vanilla and chocolate.
