Yamazakura Blended Japanese Whisky is a collaboration between Sasanokawa Shuzo Distillery and Shin Group, bottled at 40% abv. The blend brings together four malt and grain whiskies, all aged in Bourbon casks. The nose is typically described as pears, vanilla and a floral aroma, with light smokiness and a sweet malty tone. The palate is round and fruity, with vanilla, chocolate and a hint of spice. The finish recalls cotton candy, with a slightly woody aftertaste.
