Outlaw Bourbon is a bourbon from Yellow Rose Distilling in Houston, Texas. It is pot distilled, made by hand from 100% corn, and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The large swings in temperature during maturation are credited with giving it a distinctive flavour. The nose is intense, with flowers, vanilla and caramel. The palate is rich, with orange zest, cherries, honey, vanilla and peppery spice. The finish is rather dry.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
