Yellowstone 6 Year Old Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 53.5% in a 70cl bottle.
The spirit spent at least six years maturing in new, charred American oak barrels. The higher strength gives it a concentrated structure, and a few drops of water are said to open it up further.
It is typically described as having rich aromas of caramel, vanilla and charred oak, with cinnamon and a light peppery spice alongside.
Tasting Notes
