Yellowstone Select is a Kentucky straight bourbon at 46.5% ABV, blended from bourbons aged between four and seven years. It is distilled by the Limestone Branch Distillery, run by descendants of the brand's founder. Rye, leather and cherry mark the nose and palate. Smoke and caramel dominate in the mouth, and the finish is smoky with a touch of brown sugar.
